Each photographer has his or her own style of taking photos. After many years of shooting, you typically can narrow the many techniques and approaches into different style categories. We have narrowed it as a result of four different typical formats of Hochzeitsfotografin Köln that we cover. We are completely and fully comfortable shooting every one and allow the couple to choose which style best represents their personality and personal flair!

1. Wedding Photojournalism

Being married photojournalistic style of photography requires the photographer not involved approximately normal. The storyline is told although photographs and emphasis is taken off of the typical posed and planned pictures. With this style of photography, we have a tendency to stand on the sidelines and shoot in the background, becoming as unobtrusive as you can. However, the photos we capture place the viewer in the mix of what's going on. We capture natural moments which happen in reality with no typical creating and posing a photo. With this style of photography, we consider ourselves to become "photographic storytellers," guiding the viewer through the "story" of your wedding day. This is our choice format of photography. We truly enjoy finding those definite moments of significance that usually pass by too rapidly and capturing them inside our lens.

2. Traditional Photography

Unlike wedding ceremony photojournalistic style, this kind of photography has much involvement in the photographer. Lots of the portraits are positioned up and posed, incorporating a more traditional approach to wedding pictures. Wedding ceremony photographer provides a director of sorts, guiding the wedding party and guests into formations and poses for photos. Even though the main type of shooting for your studio will be the Wedding Photojournalistic style, we do have experience of directing and leading wedding events into the posed group and individual formal pictures.

3. Fashion Photography

This style of wedding photography rings true using its name - it is focused on the component of fashion. Brides who request fashion wedding photos to become taken often book studio time outside of a normal wedding day shoot. This allows the photographers to plot out a session incorporating more lighting and artistic techniques. Performing a fashion wedding shoot in studio also allows the bride more freedom in stepping into typical fashion poses (such as the hands on the hips, hunched back pose) associated with a more serious and "fashion-like" facial expression. Both wedding couples request this style of wedding photography to add something different and dramatic to their wedding scrapbook.

4. Trash Clothes Wedding Photography

Synonymous with its name, this kind of wedding photography necessitates the "dirtying" of bridal dress worn after the fact. This style of wedding photography is also called "fearless bridal" or "rock the frock." Typically, brides choose this after things are said and done to offer a creative option to storing away their wedding dress that they will never wear again. A bride can head out to a beach or perhaps a fountain, take pictures in city streets or on railroads, in abandoned buildings or fields, or even get muddied up in the woods. Often times, brides feel that this helps them release the deep tension from the wedding. It's really a bride's declaration the wedding is done and the dress will not be worn again, so why don't you be creative and artistic by using it? At our wedding photography studio, we're more than happy to work with brides who would like to "Trash The Dress!"
